Abstract

This study aims to find out the text structure, social cognition, and social context used in Hillary Clinton’s selected tweets regarding Critical Discourse Analysis. The selected tweets were taken from Hillary Clinton’s personal account concerning transgender issues. This study used a descriptive qualitative method by applying Dijk’s Critical Discourse Analysis theory (2008) focusing on the socio-cognitive approach. Using a three-leveled analysis, the data were analyzed from textual, socio-cognitive, and social context perspectives. The findings showed the global meaning of Hillary’s tweets is equal right for transgender people or community. From the analysis of superstructure there are three types of structure found (argumentative, narrative, and descriptive). In microstructure analysis, there are four elements of semantics found (setting, detail, intent, and prejudice) and five elements of syntax (pronouns, cohesion, substitution, references, and conjunction). Scheme of event, self-scheme, and role-scheme were found in the social cognition analysis to provide arguments to support transgender community. Access of media, social elites, political elites, and transgender people were found in the social context analysis.

Abstract

In this study, the source of the company's competitive advantage actually comes fromthe employee's job satisfaction. It is more specifically stated by research by Homburgand Stock (2004) and Hassan et.al (2013) that job satisfaction that needs to beconsidered is the job satisfaction of frontliner employees. There are 37 frontlineremployees at bank bjb Pangandaran branch, namely 13 tellers, 3 customer service (CS)people and 21 security people. Meanwhile, customers with bank bjb Pangandaranbranches as of 31 December 2020 recorded 56,529 savings NOA, 777 current accountNOA, and 272 depositors. The basis of bank operations is trust, so that the bank is aninstitution that becomes a place for companies, government agencies and privateparties, as well as the public to save their funds or savings. Therefore, it is a start toimprove its services, considering the increasing mobility and needs. It aims to meetcustomer satisfaction as well as public trust, loyalty and loyalty to the banking world(Apriliani et al, 2014). Based on this explanation, it can be seen that in a competitionthat must be owned and carried out by the company is to increase the job satisfactionof frontliner employees and improve the quality of service so that it is expected that laterit will provide customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Firm value a very important role for the firm. If a firm value is high it will befollowed by high prosperity for its stockholders. Firm value also reflects theinvestor's evaluation of the success of a firm and it is often related to theincrease in the stock exchange price. Maximizing the value of the company isstrongly influenced by sources external or internal company funds. The firmvalue may be explained by firm profitability. High profitability shows a goodprospect of the firm so that investors will positively respond by increasing thestock price and the firm value. So, this research aims to prove the effect of profitability on price book value as a measurer of a firm value in the companieson the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2015-2019.The samplingtechnique in this research used nonprobability sampling (purposive sampling)with a total sample of 24 companies. The secondary data collection techniquein this research is a literature study. Multiple linear regression is a method usedto analyze the data in this research. The results of this research indicate thatthe partial test (t-test) on the variable profitability proxied by return on equityhas a positive and significant effect on price book value. Profitability, which isproxied by return on assets, has a positive and significant effect on price bookvalue. Meanwhile, for the simultaneous test (f test) profitability has a positiveand significant effect on price book value.

This study aims to determine the implementation of fixedassets management and Implementation of SIMAK-BMN and Its Effect onReport Quality Finance at the National Land Agency Bandung District Office.This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approaching.Sample detemenation is using saturated sampling, the sample in this study isfinancial division and BMN Bandung City Land Office as many as 10 people The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis.The results showed that partially Administration variables Fixed assets have apositive effect on the quality of financial statements, and implementationSIMAK-BMN has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports. InSimultaneously, the Administration variable and SIMAK-BMN implementationhad a positive effect on Quality of Financial Statements of National LandAgency Bandung District Office. This matter indicates that the National LandAgency Bandung District Office has implemented Management Fixed Asset andSIMAK-BMN Implementation

Abstract

Preeclampsia is a pregnancy-specific syndrome in the form of decreased organ perfusiondue to vasospasm and endothelial activation. Preeclampsia is a major cause of maternaldeath in the world and is still a threatening problem in pregnancy, especially in developingcountries. The purpose of this study was to describe the factors associated with the incidenceof preeclampsia in pregnant women at RSIA Sitti Kharga 1 Period August-October 2019.This type of research was analytic observational with a cross sectional approach usingprimary data (questionnaires) with interview technique methods. and secondary data, namely(medical records). The research method used the "chi square" statistical test which obtainedP-value <0.05 for the three research variables, which means that there is a significantrelationship between maternal age, history of hypertension, and previous history of maternalpreeclampsia. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between maternal age,history of hypertension, and previous history of maternal preeclampsia on the incidence ofpreeclampsia, and there is no significant relationship between educational status,employment status, Antenatal Care compliance, history of DM, pregnancy distance, parity,nutritional status, and economic status I mother to the incidence of preeclampsia.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the legal protection of BPJS participantpatients in medical treatment at a private hospital in Pekanbaru City and theobstacles in its protection. This type of research is normative law. The data sourcecomes from secondary data. The results of this study are legal protection for BPJSparticipant patients in medical treatment at private hospitals in Pekanbaru City thatthe government has issued Law Number 40 of 2004 namely the Health Insuranceprogram for BPJS participant patients where every hospital is to provide services toparticipants in utilizing their right to seek treatment at designated health facilitiesfor free, but there are obstacles in legal protection for patients participating in BPJSbecause there are still health service facilities and infrastructure that are not up tostandard and there is still unfulfilled/availability of medicines and medicalconsumables needed.

Abstract

Most women work to earn a living outside the home and often leave the family for severalhours each day, which interferes with the breastfeeding process. The increasing female workforce isone of the obstacles in the success of the exclusive breastfeeding program. This is due to the short timeoff from work, lack of workplace support, short rest periods at work (not enough time to expressbreastmilk), and not having room to express breastmilk. This study aims to determine the relationshipbetween the level of maternal knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding of working mothers in theBulurokeng Community Health Center Work Area which was held on January 17, 2020 - February 15,2020. Methods: This research is an analytical survey research using a cross sectional study approach.This study used 125 samples taken using purposive sampling technique which was then measured usinga questionnaire. Results: This study shows that the highest level of mother's education is 58 respondents(46.4%) with a tertiary education level and 4 respondents (3.2%) with an elementary education level.Maternal knowledge was obtained as a result of 10 respondents (8.0%) had a low level of knowledge,22 respondents (17.6%) had a sufficient level of knowledge, and 93% of respondents (74.4%) had agood level of knowledge. There is a significant relationship between the level of maternal knowledgeand exclusive breastfeeding in the Bulurokeng Health Center with a p value of 0.000 (p <0.05)..

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to use Audio Visual Power Point Interactive Presentation Media(MPI) to improve the learning achievement of fifth grade students at SD N LempuyangwangiSemester I for the 2021/2022 academic year. At SD N Lempuyangwangi Class VA, by usingthe Audio Visual Power Point Interactive Presentation Media (MPI) it is clear that thechildren's enthusiasm for learning increases, children can focus more on teaching materialsso that activeness and learning outcomes increase, this can be seen from the value of studentachievement when doing the final evaluation of the learning turned out to be above theaverage Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) that had been applied previously. Abstract

Nurses are an important part in health development. Nurses are also part ofhealth workers, even in the implementation of health services nurses play avery important role, because in their daily life they are always in directcontact with patients and other health workers. Nurses in health serviceslegally cannot provide services because they must obtain permission from thegovernment which is stated in Law No. 36 of 2006 Article 23 paragraph 3 concerning health, moral encouragement from nurses as health workers isdesired by the community to provide health services to the community. inremote areas which are generally difficult to reach and even met by doctors,so that eventually nurses provide health services to the community, but on theother hand, this can be blamed because nurses provide health services withoutpermission from the government which can also be called (malpractice). ) theauthor is interested in reviewing and discussing how the legal arrangementsregarding the position of nurses in Indonesia and how criminal responsibilityfor nurses who commit malpractice acts. This research was conducted with anormative legal research type, the type of statute approach research, namelythe approach to legislation that focuses on primary legal materials thatregulate malpractice crimes against nurses. Lack of public understanding andempathy from nurses themselves who think nurses can act like doctors Theimplementation of nursing practice by nurses who are not in accordance withthe regulations and legislation will clearly be very detrimental to the servicerecipients and the nurses themselves. If someone complains or even questionsit legally, it will have legal consequences for the nurse herself.

Abstract

Health service efforts carried out by health workers are activities to maintainand improve health in accordance with medical professional standards, servicestandards and in accordance with their authority. Health workers who cancarry out health efforts need authority, one of which is a dental nurse. A dentalnurse can perform dental and oral nursing care actions as well as limitedmedical actions in the field of dentistry based on delegation from the dentist.Dentists can give part of their authority to dental nurses which are given inwriting and must be in accordance with their educational abilities,competencies and in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.The independent authority is exercised by the dental nurse without anydelegation from the dentist, because legally, the dental nurse has the attributionauthority to take action. The existence of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2016 concerning Permits andImplementation of the Practice of Dental and Oral Therapists, cannot beimplemented properly and still causes problems, among others, a dental nursefeels free to take medical actions outside of her competence. Authority exercisedoutside this competence will cause harm to the patient and lead to lawsuits formalpractice or deviations from the performance of a dental nurse's duties
